接触で即死、またプレイヤーを倒すたびに倒したプレイヤーをSCP-049-Bに変貌させる。
プレイヤーが多くやられると地獄と化す。

プレイヤーが倒されるとその分出現する。速度が遅く基本追いつかれないが、数の暴力で挟み撃ちされることが多い。即死ではないがダメージもなかなか痛いため増やさないことが最善策である。

The touch of The Plague Doctor is fatal to living creatures, causing them to instantly drop dead. The Plague Doctor often 'cures' this death, transforming victims into zombies.
The doctor only claims to be curing the disease that has infected mankind, though its methods appear fatal to the human body. It's difficult to say whether or not its cured zombies are truely alive or not.
